He was conscientious, professional and honest. He was punctual. He cleaned up after himself and explained, in terms I could understand, exactly how everything worked. If the need should arise, I would definitely call Mike Stubs again

Unprofessional, expensive, increased price, reduced and changed scope of the agreed work. Will not use again.

"I am sorry that you our unhappy with the home inspection we performed at your house on November 1st. You asked us to come in and inspect the work that had been performed by a unlicensed electrician, so you could get a permit pulled and your work approved by the county. We gave you a price before we came out on how much the home inspection would cost, and you agreed upon. The price was just for the inspection and not to fix the problems in your house. We would not have been able to give you a price on the scope of work until we saw what needed to be done. I am sorry that you thought the inspection price should have included fixing all the problems to get the repairs up to code for approval with the county. I am sorry that we where not able to come to a understanding and do the electrical work in your home. I hope you found another licensed electrician that was able to accommodate your needs."

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THE JOB THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS THAT OCCURRED AND OVERALL DID A GREAT JOB.
