Sweet Property Services owner is Ken Sweet who has been in construction since 1980 and is a Maryland licensed contractor MHIC # 22670. You can usually tell how long someone has been in the trade by the license number. Ken is also a licensed Maryland Home Inspector MDHI # 30767 since 2001 and is a Certified Property Inspector thru International Association of Home Inspectors that requires 24 CE hours yearly additional continuing yearly education thru them, this is beyond Maryland state 2 year 30 hour CE requirements . Has passed all the advanced inspection courses for electrical, plumbing, roofing and structural framing. Ken has passed the North Carolina Home Inspector exam which is one of the most stringent exams in the US. Where Maryland only requires 72 hours of class for a license, North Carolina requires 120 hours and 80 hours of field experience. Ken is also a retired Fire Fighter from Montgomery County County, 1978 to 2000 , stationed in Bethesda and Cabin John Maryland.
