Founded in 1992, Francis Lawn service started out as strictly a lawn maintenance company but over the course of 25 years we have grown and expanded to satisfy a wide range of landscaping services. I would like to note that we are a licensed and insured lawn service and tree care company. We cater to high end residential properties in the Bethesda, Potomac, and McLean regions, as well as corporate buildings through out DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We offer free estimates. Services we offer

We are specialized as tree service experts and have a certified ISA arborist on our staff. In addition, and snow/ice removal in the winter. In addition, fencing & masonry work., home garden installation, irrigation/outdoor lighting installation, leaf removal in the fall, we also offer drainage/pipe installation, we focus on property management for corporate buildings and commercial shopping centers. Since our trade is limited based on the seasons, we offer spring clean up and mulch installations

The actual work was done very well and professionally. Dealing with the office and communications was not the same. Will probably use again if pending proposal for landscaping work is reasonable.

He did a great job and the price was very reasonable compared to a few other estimates. My only small complaint was they did not communicate well in letting me know which day they would remove the tree. I just happened to come home when they were half finished but I would prefer to be here when they started. I would gladly hire them again but I would now make it clear when they are starting.

Good, knowledgeable, professional crew. Work started on time. We decided not to complete some of the original items we had agreed upon and perform others. They were flexible in meeting our needs. There was a mistake in the original invoice but they corrected it and sent a new one without being prompting.

THE TREE CUTTERS CAME VERY EARLY, DID A REMARKABLY CLEAN JOB AND WORKED NON-STOP FOR SEVERAL HOURS. FRANCISCO HAD VISITED TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND TELL US EXACTLY WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY WORKED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND HE BROUGHT IN PROFESSIONALS TO DO THE WORK. WE WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR OTHER GARDEN RELATED WORK AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
