Being newbies to the home-remodeling shtick, we used an architect for the original plans. If we ever have the finances to make further improvements, I would bypass the architect & develop plans with Dave. Dave works one project at a time, so your project has his full attention. His craftsmanship is excellent and he uses quality materials. He put in small features that I had not thought of with no additional charges. Dave searched & searched until he found roofing & siding that matched the rest of the house. The final look and function of the project is as important to him as it is to you. We were completely comfortable to have him working in our home while we were away at our own jobs. If I ever win the lottery, I will hire him again in a heartbeat.
