It was fine. Their work met my expectations. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

The kitchen sink drain had been leaking. Husband applied silacone caulk but we still got wet. So it was time to call in the pros. Plumber guys came out and filled both sinks and waited for leak. Didn't happen. They believe husband's caulk just needed time to cure. Advised us to call them back if wetness returns.
The workers were professional and polite. I will definately hire them when we remodel our kitchen next year.

Update: The sink drain did leak a few days later. When husband went to Home Depot and described drain pipe arangement, he was told it was totally wierd and that arrangement could result in sewer smells. Yes, I've noticed the stink for the last year. We ended up removing all the cobbled together pipes and fittings and putting in a much simpler arrangment. It doesn't leak any more and the sewer smell is gone. I'm very disappointed that the plumber pros didn't mention that the kludge we inherited from previous owner was problematic.

No, I will not hire these guys again.

He was pleasant and professional.   He quickly found the problem and got the replacement.  Also tightened faucet in kitchen.
I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

two workers arrived timely and replaced toilets with Garber pressure ADA toliets.  Removed old toliets and left everything clean and tidy

The plumber worked carefully and professionally to make the necessary repairs to the bathroom sink and toilet.  For the outdoor faucet, he had to go purchase the parts and then replaced the faucet and the pipe feeding it.  I was very pleased with the work he performed.  He was also careful to wear covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track inside.

They were good. They came in when they said that they would. They fixed the problem and it was reasonably priced. It was not a lot. I paid more than $100 but less than $150. I would definitely use them again.

My mother was a little concerned about the bill because the copy wasn't very good and they didn't show her the parts that they switched.  The lady at the office was very accomodating with my schedule and with the billing aspects!

They were very prompt and professional, they found the cause of the leak right away and scheduled with my tenants to return with the appropriate parts necessary to complete the job.  Great job, reasonably priced!

Everything went fine.

The appointment was between 3 and 5.  He was late and never called.  I had to call the company to inquire why the plumber did not show and did not call.  I was given the excuse that they were shorthanded and he was running late.  When I asked for the appointment, I had asked for the last appointment of the day because I was getting granite countertops installed and wanted to make sure the installation was complete by the time the plumber arrived.  I was told they could not give me an appointment after 4 PM.  However, their plumber did not arrive to my home until 6:30.  I told the person at Alexander that I had asked for a late appointment but she would not give me one.  The installation of the countertops were completed by Noon and I could have run some errands instead sitting home waiting for a plumber who did not come at his appointed time and did not have the courtesy to call.  The following day, I spoke with Mr. Alexander and explained my displeasure and disappointment.  He apologized and gave me the same speech that they were shorthanded and he was running behind schedule.  Regarding the used pipe, he assured me that they did not and could not use used piping.  He said he would send someone to clean the pipe which he never did.  I would never use this company again for anything and would not recommend them to anyone else.  Incidentally, when the granite countertop installer came back to finish up a few minor touches, I showed him the pipe.  He said he could not believe what the plumber had done.  first of all the pipe was used and secondly, he made some connections that were totally unnecessary.  The installer deliberately cut and patched piping to run the time out.  He told me that the coupon I had was for, I believe he said 2 hours but he made sure it was 2.5 hours.  I had to pay an additional $75 in addition to the coupon.  For some reason now when I wash dishes manually, the suds and water backs up into the opposite sink when I am emptying the other sink.  Terrible company, shoddy work.

Response was great. Good diagnoises was right on. Price seemed a little high. Left a little to fast 5 min. after they  departed filter clogged up and no water. In their defence it was unforeseen,. Mark & Ben were easy to understand. All and all good job well done.

Ben called to let me know his ETA and called back when he was delayed for a few extra minutes.  He arrived on time; completed the work; told me more about the company, and explained how often I should have this service done.

It went well, called around 8:45am and they came out around 11am. Fast service!! Ben the plumber guy knows what he is doing when he saw one of the pike leaking. I will definitely use this contractor again. Oh...reasonable price too and you also get a 10% discount with the job over $100.

They were awesome.  It was a Saturday, and they came out fixed it quickly and efficiently.  I will always call them again if I need anything.

They were punctual and professional. Fixed the issue with no problems and gave us an estimate for a future project. We would definitely use them again!

Mr. Alexander was a pleasure to work with.  He conducted a site visit to better understand the work we wanted performed.  His employee did the actual work the following week, and did a high quality job, although he did arrive nearly 2 hours late and had to leave during the day to obtain additional materials.  I am confident the plumbing work performed will last the life of the house.  In fact, Alexander's inclination to identify "elegant" or intelligent solutions was very much appreciated, and I wish his firm had been involved in the original house construction.  Upon receipt of billing Mr. Alexander was willing to reconsider a few aspects and graciously provided a second invoice that was more mutually agreeable.  His firm will keep my future business.

Went extremely well. My dad was able to meet them at the house and was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. I bought the coupon and it was accepted with no problem so actual payment was less then the $508. They came out the very next morning from when I called and cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they had been there, except for no leaks :). The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. I am new to Delaware and have definitely found my new plumber.

The serviceman arrived on time and quickly repaired the leak. He was very courteous and professional. He cleaned up his work area after finishing. He told me in detail all the parts of the toilet that he replaced. The cost was very reasonable with the coupon.

Everything turned out very well. They also are very good at following up with any concerns. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ben was prompt. He quickly came over and identified that the problem was that the replacement parts used were not appropriate for the job. He ran out to get the parts and quickly made the repair. He seemed comfortable with our pets and 3-year-old son hanging around  and interacted well with them (very important to me). 
Everything seemed fine. He also took some pictures to try and identify some more unique parts for our particular set-up that my landlord has been trying to replace since well before we occupied the property. He is going to look into obtaining them and made a couple other recommendations. 
The job was done first thing in the morning. Later in the afternoon my son opened the cabinet under the sink to find a small puddle from a remaining small, slow leak that was not apparent when he tested the pipes before he left. I called and got the office voice mail but received a call back in about 2 minutes saying that he could be to my place in 30 minutes ... sure enough he was there and fixed the problem in a couple minutes.

I had a pipe break on my hot water heater with a loud boom and it was spraying water all over my utility room. When I went downstairs I smelled gas so thought it was a gas leak. Turned off the gas to the hot water heater but couldn't turn the water off. Leaver on too tight. I called the gas company and they came out turned off the water for me and checked the gas lines. Said I need a plumber and recommended Alexander Plumbing to me.
I called and left a message with my problem. They were short handed due to illness and the owner was on a call over a hour away and he came at 4:50. His wife fields the calls and she kept me updated on his location and time. When he came he put booties on and accessed my problem. He replaced the two pipes going into the hot water heater from the main line. Relit the pilet light and told us to wait about 1.5 hours for the glue to dry on the PVC pipe he used. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Explained everything to my husband and myself. Everything went so smoothly and he is reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and will recommend him to my neighbors.

They always kept in communication with me.  If they couldn't be here at 9:00 to start they called to let me know when and why.  They finished in a few days.  They came back to smooth up the walls and make sure I was satisfied.
