New pump mechanism functioning well.
Called the office at 7:30 AM. Was told that they would have someone out by roughly midday & that I'd get an update in about an hour with a better timeframe. Received a call then that the plumber would be to my house by around 10:30. He arrived on time. Super competent, friendly & efficient. Assessed the problem quickly, went to work fixing it, and was on his way by midday.
I was really pleased with the customer service & that my issue was resolved in less time than expected.
