I recently hired this company to replace carpeting in my two-level townhouse. Having several samples brought to my home during the initial appointment was helpful in making a selection compatible with my walls and furniture. Trench's estimate, when compared with that of at least one other company, was quite fair and I decided to go with them. Installation was timely completed in one day and all expectations were met. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or consider them for future projects.

Fantastic finished product! They built four new lower stairs to repair what a handyman botched. The craftsmanship was excellent, once here; they installed the new stairs, repaired the drywall, reinstalled the carpet, patched and painted. Communication and coordination were a challenge, hence the 3.5 stars; they basically went dark for several weeks, then missed their scheduled appointment. They did make it up by coming the next day.

It was a pleasure working with Paul. He helped me understand the process of selecting products and endured that I had different options for carpet, hardwood and porcelain, and that I took the time to make choices that I would be happy with. The prices were very competitive. I am definitely recommending Trench Flooring and Remodeling.

I am very picky when it comes to quality and Trench came through. The job turned out beautifully and my wife and I could not be happier. The workers were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable. The quote Trench gave us was significantly below his competitors, but I cannot imagine the job turning out better. They showed up on time, were polite & professional. They replaced the drywall in my bathroom ceiling due to a leak that ruined a 16 sq foot area. You cannot tell the difference between the repaired area and the undamaged area. They painted the entire ceiling and did an excellent cleanup when they finished. I did not have to vacuum or dust after them. The price of the repair was very reasonable. I will use them again if needed and be happy to refer them to friends and neighbors.

Company that stands by their work. Responds quickly and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again. Had drywall repair done and refinishing of front oak door.

The work they provide is very standard nothing special, never pay attention to details as they claim, I have called them more than twice to come and fix some of the pieces they didn't glue properly, but the worst of all is the customer service, no one picks up the phone and if they did they never deliver on any promise. I would encourage others to look elsewhere and don't waste your money and time with them. They can talk the talk but never walk the walk.

The workers who repaired the drywall cracks and buckling arrived on time, worked hard all day with very minimal breaks, and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

More expensive than I expected but competitive.

Paul and his group did a fantastic job on painting our 2-story foyer and hall on a very tight schedule constraint. Very professional in all elements of the job. Will recommend Paul and his group to all my friends and family members.

Hired Paul and his group to renovate my garage. They are almost complete now and have gone the extra mile all along the way!

Paul and his team came in and did a great job of restoring our home after a broken water pipe. The guys worked hard and actually completed the job a day earlier than expected. I would absolutely hire them again and am already looking for the next project they can help me with.

Original had a carpet runner going up the stairs that I removed. They came out to remove the staples I could not get off, sand the floors because of the small holes caused by the staples and restained the steps. They did do a good job. Missed some of the staples though and a couple spots could have been sanded more.

Needed repair before further cabinet installation could proceed. Trench came out that evening to complete the repair.

Purchased hardwood flooring for upper level of my home. Floors looked great however, had to request a service call for a few minor things. Good pricing for solid oak hardwood floors and steps. Good customer service.

Paul is great! He's a very easy going guy and so friendly. He was always available for questions. We really enjoyed working with him. His subs were very nice and professional too. We are hiring Paul to do several other projects on our home as well. I only gave the work quality 4.5 because we just had a few minor problems with the tile in the bathrooms. There wasn't a lot of light and the sub didn't bring a light so the grout had a few not so great spots that didn't come to light until after we moved in.

We hired Trench Flooring & Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. They were very pleasant to work with and they listened to our concerns and were willing to do whatever they could to make our kitchen our dream kitchen. They did an amazing job despite many obstacles due to problems with our cabinet supplier. They worked quickly and got the job done. My husband, son and I couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! I would definitely hire them again and plan on hiring them to help us with a few more house projects. A very good value for the money and they will keep coming back until the job is done to your satisfaction.
