M.S. O'Neil & Sons Contracting

Job is to rain proof under deck. Contracting and work were performed swiftly followed by full payment. Work quality is subpar with leaks after each rain. Contractor will not answer calls or respond to warranty requests.

After suffering some storm damage to my house, I contacted Mike O'Neil to do the repairs.  He arrived a day later to look over the damage and provided an estimate.  After agreeing on the price, he was back in just a few days to start the work.  He worked quickly and professionally until the job was complete.  He cleaned up and removed all debris and was kind enough to move a heavy table that had been moved due to an earlier deck rebuilding project, from my patio back to my deck.  He was always very pleasant, listened when I explained what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.  I might add this was a severe storm and many houses and other buildings had been damaged.  He still was able to complete my job quickly.  I plan on using him again in the future to do some interior work.
