Mattress Discounters

We had purchased a mattress from another company 2 weeks prior and it was a disaster. However, when I visited Mattress Discounters he was very knowledgeable and honest. I did not feel like I was being pressured and he was good with negotiating.

When they delivered the mattress, it was on time. They brought the incorrect mattress cover model, but when I called he switched out the cover immediately. He sent me a thank you card afterward and it was an overall pleasant experience.

They go around to home shows and have a display. I purchased the mattress from the home show. They showed us something at the home show and they couldn't deliver what they showed us. Because I purchased it at the home show I couldn't get the name of anyone I could contact if something went wrong. I was suppose to get a call the night before they delivered the mattress and no one ever called. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told that they don't stock the mattress at the warehouse. Weeks later it was finally delivered. They give you a certain amount of time to try out the mattress. There was an actual store involved. If you don't like it you can return it but you have to pay 10% of the purchase price, because of all the trouble I had, the manager of the store waived the fee. I'm somewhat satisfied.
