MARYLAND DECK & PATIO

I contacted Maryland Deck & Patio after researching several firms over the web. They were open and upfront with their estimates and came to the house and measured to make sure my numbers were right. Then submitted a very competitive (not the cheapest) bid for a new deck. The owner and his crew were prompt, very well mannered and built a very fine deck (12X14 with stairs) in under four days. This included new footings and a complete tear down of the old (not to code) deck. I was very pleased with the work and with the final product. I would recommend this company and certainly will use this company if I have a need for more deck work.

We really could not be happier with the results! The end price for everything was exactly the same as the estimate we were originally quoted. The job was done in one week, start to finish, just like they said it would be. The wood-work looks professional, clean lines, uniform wood grain, and the diagonal flooring adds a lot. The work area was always clean at the end of each day! Lloyd was great to work with, very considerate and polite, and he always kept us updated on the progress of the deck. He was very flexible with our schedules, and had no problem when we wanted to add benches at the end. Even though the days were record high temperatures, he was out there getting the job done. We could not ask for more from this experience, would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
