Luis was fantastic. He called 20 mins prior to his arrival. He found the leak and recommended some other parts needed due to age. So pleased.

The service was excellent. JB asked for my old model # and the new model number of my double oven. They determined that the width was correct, but the height was about 5 inches short. I had previously purchased the oven from a retailer and didnt realize the issue. They arrived onsite prior to the install to take a measure and made recommendations to raise the height with fabrication and install a stainless steel plate for the extra height. 3 days later my oven was installed perfectly. The entire team (3) was courteous, professional and prompt. They asked all the right questions and performed the job in a manner that exceeded my expectations.

Our technician arrived during the time allotted. This visit was preceded by the most pleasant interaction with the appointment scheduler as I was called the day I requested quotes. I provided the model number and an quote was provided. The price was great and $200 cheaper than other companies. The part was ordered and even though the appt was scheduled for mid week, they expedited the service as the part arrived ahead of schedule. My family and I are grateful. The tech was kind, professional, and in this COVID crisis, dressed with mask, show coverings and gloves. Thanks JB Appliance Service! We are forever in your debt.

Excellent. A plastic spoon had fallen onto the heating coil of our dishwasher and burned/melted. We called JB Appliance Service at 11:45 am and a technician arrived to our house a little after 1pm and was done before 2pm. He replaced the heating coil and the price was reasonable. Scheduling was easy.

Very honest, very efficient and not only were they quick to arrive, they were early! I will definitely use the service again. Thank you!!

My experience was stellar with JP Appliance Service! I told them my problem and was contacted almost immediately which surprised me since it was in the evening. They were able to set me up with a 2 hour appointment time the very next day! I even asked them based on what I told them what the estimates for the costs and labor would be for the various options of what may be the problem. They sent it very quickly. About 10 min before arrival I was called and told he was on his way. When he arrived, during the COVID-19 period, he already had his mask on. As he got to the door he greeted me and put on booties to protect the floors. His review of the problems were VERY thorough and professional. He took time to look at every option that may be causing the problems. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He explained that he wanted to check everything so if one thing was fixed that then something else wouldn't pop up that was also wrong that he hadn't checked for. This was because the washer was showing 3 errors instead of the 1 we saw. He wanted to determine which of them was causing the problems or if it was a combination. He explained to me what was happening with the washer and what would need to be fixed. I got a message within a few hours with the costs. They also helped answer several follow up questions if ours to help us make a decision. Our overall experience was outstanding with this company. I would recommend them for any repair in anyone's home. I know I will call them when anything in my home needs repair.

JB Appliance was a real life-saver for us! We'd ordered a new dishwasher, together with installation from a store but we were unaware that installation would need to be scheduled separately and a number of days later. We called JB and they were able to schedule us quickly, the price was reasonable, the tech was professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again! Very pleased with their service!

Great people to deal with, they made it so easy! I submitted two requests for a quote. JB Appliance called me immediately (within 5 mins) and said they could have someone come out the same day (it was a Sunday). I totally didn’t expect that, so I was extremely pleased. The tech, who I believe was named Luis, arrived earlier than quoted (he called me first to make sure it was ok) and fixed my dryer quickly and easily. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely call them again if another appliance starts to act up.
