They were quick to get here and they did it very quickly. They were not very expensive.

These clowns were a subcontractor for my living room, kitchen, and half bath remodel. They have since been ordered not to return to my house. I could have done better work myself. Step 1 in the Home Depot Pluming Book, drain toilet. Didn't happen. There was a line of water spills from the bathroom to the outside, where the toilet was left. Step X: plug toilet sewage line with a rag or old insulation. Didn't happen. My living area was full of sewer gas. Step common sense: don't leave a toilet with water in it outside where it will freeze. Didn't happen. My toilet, that I wanted to re-use, was left outside when the weather forecast predicted freezing temps. Additionally, Hurst Plumbing forgot to shut off the water lines after they drained them. When they turned the main back on, they must have taken a very long smoke break and not realized that the clothes washer lines were spilling water all over the downstairs! They seem to have eventually realized the mistake because they disassembled the thermostat in an attempt to turn the heat on, in order to speed the water's evaporation (luckily the prime's electrician had disconnected the HVAC! The ducts were all sealed and who knows what damage would have been done to the HVAC if it ran with all of it's intakes sealed). The new framing for the kitchen was soaked, as well as the drywall in the existing closet. When I called the prime, the plumber showed up 3 hours later and had the gall to be indignant about coming back on a Friday night to fix his mistake.

I liked them very much and I thought they were very professional. Their prices were very fair. They also performed a follow up call to double check that everything was working fine. I really liked this because they were not only interested in finishing the job, but they were very responsible also.

THE WORK WAS FINE. THE SERVICE WAS OKAY. THE ONLY THING I HAD A PROBLEM WITH WAS THEIR FOUR HOUR WINDOW FOR WAITING. I WOULD HAVE RATHER IT HAD BEEN A TWO HOUR WAITING PERIOD, BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS WAITING ALL DAY FOR THEIR SERVICES.
