Based on my recent experience with their service department, I will not be a 3rd time John Deere customer certainly at least not from Gladhill Brothers. I'll be looking to see if someone else can do better at servicing my mower until I need to replace it.

Gladhill Brothers picked up my LT155 riding mower to fix it as it would not start. They were prompt and returned it within a few days after repairs were made. They installed a new starter solenoid, a new battery, and belt. I purchased the mower from them in June 2001, and they have made all of the necessary repairs to the mower for over 12 years.

The people at Gladhill are the best! Real folks, not pushy salesmen. I really apprecaited the fact that they didn't try to sell me something; they simpy gave me the facts and let me decide. Now, they did give me several recommendations, but the final decision was all mine. Great price, great service, too! I will use them in the future!

They're really good. Once they come to my unit, if I don't call, they call and come back. I think that's great service. They're very responsive. We have a set schedule when they come. They will call back, and will follow through. I would recommend them to homeowners.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ARE A GREAT VALUE. WE HAVE PURCHASED ADDITIONAL LAWN EQUIPMENT FROM THIS VENDOR AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
