Do not hire this company for any work. Shady stuff will occur. Eric will say deductible will be refunded then say he never said that.

Had to call the company several time and leave messages to setup an initial appointment. They scheduled for about 8 weeks out. They called the day they were to come out to cancel due to "rain". It had not rained and did not rain the entire day. We called back to reschedule. They scheduled an appointment and said they would arrive between 9am and 11 am depending on the temperature that day. 11am came and went, we never received a call or other communication from the company. Trying to get my money reimbursed for the coupon.

Purchased a deal through amazon and had to call several times. Finally received a call back and had an appointment scheduled. Day of service I received a call they could not make it. Never called to reschedule the appointment. I have tried several times to call but it rings and says voicemail full.

They didn't show up.  They didn't answer phone.  Their message box was full and not accepting any additional messages.  This was a deal I purchased on Amazon Local and I've contacted Amazon to try and receive a refund and request that ETB Solutions is removed from future Amazon Local offerings.
