DAMASCUS LAWN SVC

I've used this company for two seasons to mow about a third of an acre. Even though we have a service contract, I constantly have to chase them down to have my property mowed. For example, last week I left four messages. I spoke with the owner's wife once, who promised they would come out and mow. They still haven't shown up, six days after the first call. Last season, the wheels of their machines dug mud ruts into a damp area of the grass. The crew leader pointed them to me (good!), told me they'd be out with seed to replant and repair the damaged areas (good!), but a year later they still haven't done what they promised to do. Their mower blades are not always as sharp as they should be. Dull blades leave ragged brown tips. They leave the cuttings on the lawn, which is just fine, except when they fail to show for a few weeks leaving me with piles of long clippings to deal with. I'm tired of the poor service, excuses and broken promises. Save yourself some aggravation.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THEIR WORK IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON TO MOW MY LAWN, AND WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.
