 + 1 moreAll of the people who worked on our project were professionals who took pride in their work.We spent months of careful planning, checked references, reviewed bids and decided Bradley Construction was right for us.The job went very well from start to finish. Inspite of not having a kitchen, so to speak, for several weeks, there was very little disruption in our lives. We are very happy with the results!
Description of Work: Kithchen makeover - cabinets, flooring as well as new Andersen windows and new roof by GAF with Timberline shingles.

 + -1 moreNot good. Did not meet date to have meeting to go over plans and estimates. Only after requesting my money back did they provide the plans and estimates. For the screen porch I specifically stated I wanted a cottage style to match my house. It looked like a outdoor tool shed and was enclosed on three side. Totally unacceptable even for something preliminary. The cost was unbelievable too. The bathroom remodel was estimated at $37k. This is not building a new bathroom addition but a remodeling a existing bathroom.
Description of Work: Had plans and estimates drawn up for a front porch, screened porch, remodeled kitchen and bathroom. ($2100)

 + 2 moreFrom the planning to the actual construction and cleanup, Dave Bradley's employees were courteous, neat and kept me informed of progress or lack thereof. For example, when the door did not arrive on time. He uses a roving project manager and an on-site foreman who arrived every day, on time and with the right materials and talent for the job.
Description of Work: Dave Bradley met with us and helped us design and plan a new front entrance and all-season porch. The house is 60 years old. He designed a graceful entryway, porch and new entrance with French doors into the living room. His foreman also installed an attic ladder which required cutting into the ceiling joists in a bedroom.
