They did the job and they replaced the piece of window that I need them to replace.  I had them replaced a window pane and they came out and replaced it.

Rick was quick to return initial call, provide estimate and then to come on-site to perform final detailed measurements and provide quote. Although delivery and installation was longer than expected, the job turned out perfect. The installer was a perfectionist and each detail was better than expected. The total price was commensurate with 3 other providers. There were some tricky angles to deal with; however no problem at all.

It was wonderful, top knotch.

I took the frame into the shop to have it replaced. I thought it was fairly expensive, but the reputation of the company convinced me to go ahead, and I was no disappointed. The staff was very professional, very fast and competent. While I was not in a hurry for this mirror, they finished it within 1 day and called me for pick-up. I was disappointed that none of the three people in the office the day I picked it up could explain the new fasteners on the back of the mirror, but, to be fair, a knowledgable person called me later that day when he returned to the office and explained it. The mirror was replaced as agreed and looked great in this 1930's frame.

Called in morning, person came out around noon to measure and quote price. Seems all glass companies charge about the same for this type of work. He estimated that worker would be out before 4 pm and they were. Did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.

Our contractor recommended them. I went to their showroom to see the products and discuss details and specs with them. They were professional, responsive and had the best price around. They came promptly to measure and install. Quality product, just what we wanted, well-installed and they didn't try to oversell us.

I contacted Lidner just for a quote to replace the windows that my weed eater, not me, had broken. I found them to be very friendly and helpful as they were willing to give me a ballpark on the cost. Others that I had called would want a commitment to the work before even coming out. When I called back to set up the measuring they were quick gave me an appointment within 2 days at a time that was great for me. They were on time for the appointment and the price was in line with what they had said over the phone. It was actually less because they drop the usual price of the labor for the second install. The windows were special order and they would call when they come in. I was told 7 to 10 business days. The only concern I had was that fact I has to call then 2 weeks later to check on the status. I was told they had just came in the night before and was then promptly given a date for the install. The crew was on time and very polite. They got right on it. They had difficulty with one door but they safely worked it out and got it done. They did great job cleaning up. I really appreciated that with the fact children and a dog that would be in the repaired area. I would upset for them to get cut with stray glass after such a large repair. Hopefully I will not need them again but will call Linder should I.

Company scheduled visits promptly. Technician came out to measure door the same day. Next day the new glass was delivered to home and later that day two technicians installed glass properly, cleanly and with great courtesy. Very professional company.

A rock was thrown through our bedroom window on a Saturday evening. By Monday I wanted someone who could come out that day so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. They were very polite on the phone and said someone could come out that day. Within a few hours they were out to measure and back the next day to replace the glass. They were professional and cleaned up well after their work. I would hire them again if needed...hopefully no more rocks!

We really loved the quality of the glass these men used. The whole installation process went very smoothly and the men were always very polite and very prompt and dedicated. I will use them again and I highly recommend their services.

Company performed as expected. Installer in particular was open minded and creative in solving unique issues involved in the project.

LINDNER HAS DONE A GREAT JOB--WHEN THE GLASS ON THE KITCHEN TABLE BROKE, WE CALLED THEM TO REPLACE IT. THE KITCHEN TABLE WAS EASY--ROUND. THE OTHER TWO PIECES, HOWEVER, HAD MORE UNUSUAL SHAPES. LINDNER CAME TO THE HOUSE AND TRACED/SKETCHED THE TOPS. BECAUSE, UNLIKE THE ROUND TABLE, THESE PIECES HAD TO BE HAND CUT, SHAPE WAS NOT AS 'PRECISE.' HOWEVER, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN FOLLOWING THE CURVING AND UNUSUAL LINES OF THE SIDEBOARD AND WRITING DESK.

NOT ONLY DID THEY REPLACE THE GLASS, THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE TRACKS SO THE DOOR WOULD ROLL BETTER. THEY ALSO HELPED MY SCREEN DOOR ROLL BETTER AS WELL.

THE OWNER CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO DISCUSS WHAT PURCHASE WOULD BEST MEET OUR NEEDS. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND NOT RUSHED. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
