Flooring
I purchased the flooring from IFloors and their contractor came out to install it. They first came out to give an estimate after looking at the subfloor. They gave me the estimate, and then came back about a month later for the installation. After about a half an hour, they left saying they did not have the right tools for the job. The service rep called back and apologized and said they would be back in another two weeks to finish. The contractor then called back late the night before they were to come, after I was already in bed. He said it would be another $600 to complete the job because he needed to replace the subfloor. I then called IFloors and they stood by what the contractor had told me. I canceled the installation and had someone else come and install the floor for me.
