Description of Work: I was a new customer to Economy - the Application was emailed to me - emailed back the next day - and approval and onto the automatic delivery the next day. Since then Economy has delivered, filled my 100 gallon tank with propane at $2.75/ gallon plus a $5.00 delivery charge. All in all, very quick, pleasant, and very reasonable for a customer with a small(100 gal) tank. This company appears to be big enough to deliver the service you need, and small enough to care about customer service.

Description of Work: We were a client of United Propane for a long period of time (10+ years). They overcharged us a significant amount. When I contacted them and asked for the account to be adjusted they were difficult to deal with. It appeared they didn't have good records and indicated that I would have to talk to the manager. The manager never called and it took quite a few calls to connect. Finally, when we connected, the manager was somewhat rude and seemed bothered that I would question their accounting practices. We started looking for another provider and found Economy Propane . These guys have been great! They were responsive, gave a first rate deal on pricing, very professional and friendly on the phone, and showed up when they promised. They inspected my propane tank and system, and appliances, for leaks and overall condition. before the first fill. They are also connecting my new standby generator. Overall, we have been very impressed and pleased with their service and attention. United Propane should be worried since these guys are in their backyard. I suspect Economy will get many new customers from United in the near future.
