Service was performed by Pat Martin, who I found to be a very conscientious and professional service provider. He used a combination of camera inspection, traditional snaking, and high-pressure water jetting to clear my sewer line of a severe root blockage. The line was completely blocked, with an initial camera inspection showing standing water left from the previous night's usage. He used a snake to open the line enough to allow the standing water, and the water from subsequent water jetting, to drain away. This is the point at which plumbers I have used in the past would typically pack up and declare the job finished. Pat, however, continued to use water jetting, augmented by inspection camera for precise water jet placement, until the line was root-free as verified by the inspection camera. He took the time to thoroughly complete the work required, and is the first drain-cleaning service that I have ever used that I felt went beyond the point of just restoring minimum flow capability. The cost is a little more than that for just a traditional snake cleaning, but the final camera inspection showed that the water jetting had restored the line to very-near new condition. I feel this added effort will more than pay for itself over the long run by avoiding the frequent plumber calls that I have required in the past. Hats off to you, drainPro!!
