I have been there on 2 occasions. Once they fixed a broken emergency brake cable and the second time they did my brakes. I made the appointment to have my brakes checked. They called me and confirmed that the brakes needed replaced and also that I needed rotors. They asked for my consent before doing anything further and quoted me the price.
