This contractor gave the best estimate for repair that involved the most efficient solution to the problem.
The base of a support column to my porch roof had rotted. Another contractor that I called for an estimate planned to replace both columns and would not give a definite price. Grace Built repaired the rotted base and it looked as good as new! The job was completed 2 days after the estimate was given. Very pleased.
