Printing - Copies, Computer Repair
Purchases fax machines and copiers from this company with a contract that covera ALL toner and service for 5 years during the loan period. It is very difficult to get service or tuner from them. The main fax needs new rollers for the auto feeder and I have been told for 3 months that they have been order. When I call to check on the statis I only getr voicemails with no call back. The owner has even been contacted without respons. Another fax machine sat for 23 days without toner because you have to be a distributer to purchase the toner so I had to sit and wait.
