+ -1 moreTerrible, extremely rude customer service. Decided not to use after being treated so poorly by Ginger that schedules the appointments. This was a warranty repair & Ginger refused to schedule the appointment EVEN though the manufacturer had contacted her to schedule the appointment AND provided her with ALL the information to schedule the appointment.
Description of Work: Did not use due to EXTREMELY RUDE customer service.
