+ -1 moreOur cable had to be rerun to the house due to a fencing company severing the cable. Had to wait over an hour on the phone to request service. The person who arrived at the house was professional and did a good job with the cable replacement. We do not have an alternative for internet in the area.

Description of Work: Our cable was cut by a fencing company. To restore service, we waited on hold for 1 hour to then be told they could repair the line a full week from the date of the call. The service is not priced competitively, speeds promised are not delivered, but unfortunately, in Aiken there are no other options. We would pay more for better service if there was an option to do so.
