Brian was great! He was on time and honest about the situation. He advised us to use vendors for a new cover and vents/pillows because we would get a better price as our hot tub has a lot of proprietary pieces. He advised what we could do to prevent future problems and addressed the hot tubs ageing honestly. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He was courteous when we called him back from leaving after finding another problem. We received an email asking us the status of the fix after 3 days and he diagnosed offered suggestions based on our feedback. His solution worked so no follow up was required. All in all an exemplary job. I will definitely get the next hot tub from HotTubMan.LLC

Excellent, Employee , was on time, had difficult time getting to leaking part due to narrow opening and tight work area, but rapidly removed part and replaced it. He had excellent suggestions for maintaining tub and cleared two flow problems resulting in greater flow and efficiency.

Brian sent out Gregg, who was friendly, professional, and did great work! We were really pleasantly surprised that the hot tub could be fixed so easily. He did a great job, and was both professional and efficient. There was a math error on the bill which we realized after Gregg left, and Brian immediately took responsibility and offered to refund us the difference. We got the check promptly! I was really impressed and grateful. Thank you, Brian!

The display in my hot tub was not turning on after draining and refilling the tub. I called HotTubMan and he immediately knew what the problem was and since he didn't have an appointment available for a while and especially because it simple he just told me not only how to fix the problem on my own but what store to go to get the replacement parts! He was extremely professional and helpful. I will absolutely be using him again in the future with any other problems that come up!

Showed up on time, got right to work, quickly ruled out possible problems, found faulty capacitor in motor.  Came back next day with part and installed.
This is the third time I have had him out for service - all with the same fast, excellent and affordable service.  He is extremely knowledgeable on all brands of hot tubs, pumps, motors and controls and has excellent sources for replacement parts.
