Description of Work: Tim built a very high quality screened in porch onto our new house. We could not be happier with dealing with Tim and his workers, or with the quality of the product. He is very responsive. He was recommended to us by my mother-in-law, who also has frequently used him for additions to their house, remodeling, etc. | |We presented Tim with plans for the screened in porch that had been drawn up for us by someone else. He was able to modify the plans to save us a ton of money without sacrificing quality of the deck. His workers were respectful and again, the quality was great. Additionally, while they were here, they cleaned our gutters and installed our garbage disposal. Since then, some of our neighbors have hired Tim to do other things such as plow the street during the winter. | |We plan on using Tim again in the future for finishing our basement as well as other projects. He says that he wants to do everything for your house, and we are more than happy to let him!

+ 0 moreWe have a really good general contractor that works in the local Annapolis area. He builds homes, builds additions and sends guys out to clean gutters. Their pricing is very fair and their work is good quality. They are trustworthy. I would give them A's all around. They are very responsive; if you have a question they get right back to you.
