Pumphrey Plumbing is a small independently owned and operated business that is licensed and insured with over 20 years of experience. We offer a full range of plumbing services for residential customers in the Anne Arundel County. Of all the services, we take pride in the fact that a majority of our experience is in waterline repair and replacement, hence, our specialty. Our desire is to provide quality workmanship that results in great customer satisfaction.

Jack was efficient, friendly, and honest. When I called, he offered appointments BEFORE my first availability. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work faster than promised. His crew was courteous and kept the site tidy. Would absolutely call again.

Technician was prompt, very nice to work with and fixed the problem in 30 minutes after I had already had another plumber (Roto-Rooter) attempt and fail the same job. Very fair price. These guys were great, I would highly recommend.

They did a great job, as have they done with all the past work I've hired them for. As with every job I hire for, I get multiple quotes and ask for providers to specify exactly what they will install and why. These guys were one of two who did not over price me on a quote for our hot water heater and new expansion tank plus labor AND who also were able to articulate a quality brand and model # that they would sell me. They always do a great job and are very reasonably priced.

They did a great job fixing my water main. I'm writing this review roughly a year after they did the work and we have had no issues with the repair job they did. A couple other houses in our row of town homes had their water mains break before ours around the same time; the contractors they used brought in heavy equipment and dug huge trenches through their yard and had to tear up the cement walkway to their door. Pumphrey Plumbing was able to fix ours only digging one small hole in our yard and replaced the water main from the inside of our house to the county water line. Not sure how they did it or how they managed to do it with only a half day's work, but I was very impressed with the job they did.

Very well, the installers were very friendly, easy to contact, and showed up within the time frame I scheduled. I was impressed with how quick and seamless the whole process was, the whole job took maybe 20 or 30 minutes, even though an extra part had to be added to the installation (at no extra charge) because of a flooring issue. The new toilet looks great, and is of high quality.

Needed to remove a difficult 3/4 inch gas fitting to install a new dryer. I didn't have the proper tools to do the job myself plus I would have preferred a professional plumber to work on gas lines. I called cold Jack at 9am and he arrived at 10am...unbelievable! Fortunately for me he was in between jobs in my area so that helped. His responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to tackle this simple, short job was very impressive and much appreciated. Jack is now my go-to plumber for all future jobs!

He arrived promptly, was courteous, showed a photo of the completed work after he finished and even checked the water flow through the repaired pipe before leaving. His charge for the job was very reasonable. I plan to hire him again in the future. I highly recommend him as a plumber because he stands by his work and is reasonably priced! ??????

Wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and performed the work quickly with quality materials. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He even left the piece of bad pipe so we could show the home owners insurance company (his suggestion). I thought this may be a tricky fix but he was able to solve the problem quickly.

Pumphrey plumbing came in to correct a finding by the home inspector that did the inspection on our home that was for sale. The issue was related to a slow moving drain. Pumphrey plumbing expertly diagnosed the issue as a ventilation issue and promptly applie the correct fix. The entire process was smooth and quickly corrected the finding to satisfaction. The services rendered were top notch and I would highly recommend Pumphrey plumbing for any future jobs.
