My experience with Premier Remodelers was great from beginning to end. I met Joseph at the home expo when I was shopping around for a roofing company. Joseph was very professional, efficient and responsive. They scheduled me in a timely manner and the roof was complete in 8 hours. I am very happy with my new roof and the entire process. The only suggestion I have for the company (and the customer) is to ensure that the foreman takes before and after photos.

Premier Remodelers installed a brand new roof and ridge vent on my house 5 years ago, after a recent rain storm my ceiling began to leak. After further investigation I found our the ridge vent was not properly installed causing prolonged water damage to the decking boards underneath the shingles. I called Joe to ask if he could come rectify the improper install, but he is refusing to help, and then tried to charge me an absurd amount of money to fix the issue his company caused.

Joe Rodriguez was very easy to work with, and he answered all our questions. He was very responsive about our preferences and concerns. His team was professional, knowledgeable and also happy to answer questions, as well as point out what they were doing each day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a siding project!

Great communication about the product and service!

The crew was very experienced and did excellent work, in addition to being responsive, polite and always cleaned up daily. Joe Rodriguez picked out the best materials for the project and was in constant contact with us by phone and also in person. I know that I received a very good value for the contract price. I would 100% recommend them and they will be the only company I will be certain to hire for my future projects.

They were able to work with me on the price, which I really appreciate. He was able to source material quicker than the other companies. They were thorough with their clean up, and even willing to take on extra task, like adding an extra slider to the window, while finishing everything on time.

From start to finish, we have been so pleased working with Joe and his Premier Remodeler team! The initial assessment and description of options (materials) and work to be done was clear, concise, and professional. There were some material delays due to the worldwide port delays during the pandemic, but all delays were communicated in an appropriate and timely fashion. The work itself was done diligently and with respect for our property; we especially appreciated the daily care taken to leave the work area clean and safe. Joe also went above and beyond to help secure a team to do additional work to install new front and rear porches concurrently with the siding job his team was doing. The Customer Service and Professionalism was top notch and we could not have asked for a better partner in taking on this very big home improvement process.

We were very pleased with the presentation of the materials to be used on our project and the owner was always available to answer our quests. The installation was very professional and the installers worked diligently even though the temperatures were close to 100 degrees each day they worked. Pricing was very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes we received.

Very through initial assessment, inspection, description of the process and materials to be used on the job, description of the work process, and coverage once installed. Excellent customer service, workforce professionalism, work completed and clean-up. Questions before contract answered as well as questions on the day of the work. Follow-up by the President of the Company.

The communication was excellent and it was a smooth process working with the owner. We worked with the owner in January and he was able to accommodate our difficult work/school schedule and we were scheduled by February. If you are looking to support a small business owner and pay a reasonable price for the quality of work this is the company to go with.

The owner gave us good advice and options and the price was a tad lower than other estimates. The work was done in one day and the clean up was thorough. You should do this with any contractor, but be sure to get all the details nailed down before the work starts because the crew arrives with a plan that they follow very quickly. Your roof will be done before you know it. I would recommend the company to anyone needing a new roof.

Took almost a month to get the roof installed after contract signed but other then that they were efficient and project completed in one day

After meeting with 10 companies, Premiere gave us the most for our money which was very important to us right now. Not only did we get a very fair price but the quality of work was great. They also did a good job cleaning up and worked around our schedule to remove our solar panels. There customer service was above and beyond. Joe is very knowledgeable and seems very honest! We learned more than we had expected about roofing during this time and really appreciated a company that was straight forward and trustworthy. (Several of the companies we met with like Phoenix & NEC amongst others tried to scam us by charging 2-3x everyone else s prices and try to get you to sign that day by claiming that you are getting a showcase price . I don t care what anyone is selling you there should never be a reason why you have to decide on something so large without thinking it through or being informed.) We knew right away that Premiere was a good company to work with when they didn t press us to make a decision overnight as others had. They were very patient with us throughout the process and consistently answered our questions and did everything they could to streamline the process. I would definitely hire them again.

After fighting about the price this guy disappeared without leaving me even a receipt for the work. He also took the signed contract with him. He said I owed him more than the signed contract stipulated. Now I have got no proof of warranty for the singles and am not expecting he will do anything to follow up on his stated *lifetime Warranty*. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. The work seemed to be done fairly well. I detect no leaks in my new roof, and the crew was efficient and cleaned up the site.

Joe explained the roof shingle removal and install process completely, and was there during the work. He exlained that they use a consistent installation process. He earned our trust, and I had no anxiety during the construction. They found and fixed existing water damage without hesitation. His crew was friendly, skilled, and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly. Overall, it was a stress free experience (how unusual!). And most important, the roof looks great.

Premier Remodelers replaced our original 30-year-old aluminum siding with vinyl siding, plus a door-surround, soffit, and fascia. I installed siding for my father's business, so I know when the job is done right. They fully explained what would be done, what materials would be used, how to prepare the interior and exterior, and what to expect while they were on the job site. Work started quickly after signing the contract and continued without a break until the job was finished. Clean-up was immediate and thorough. 'Touch-ups' were immediately addressed in our presence before they left the job site. Price: good. Quality: high. Work: flawless. We are immensely pleased with the final product and enthusiastically recommend them to any friends and neighbors who ask.
