The former homeowners built the ktichen cabients himself (he was a wood worker). However they installed a mini-dishwasher and it was awkwardly located far from the sink. I found Gary based on a recommendation of another furniture maker and asked him to come out and evaluate the cabinets and recommend a fix. He was able to cut out the existing cabinet so a full size dishwasher could be relocated adjacent to the sink and built a nearly identical matching cabinet (even slightly better then orginal actually), to fill the gap created by the old dishwasher.
It took a bit longer then initially expected to install the custom cabinets, but the results are certainly worth it. The reconfiguration of dishwasher and cabinets is much more suited to my needs.
