We have been very happy with them, and we have used them for 9 years. We initially used them because they treated exotic animals as well as domesticated animals. We initially used them for care for our parrots, which was harder to find. They were very accommodating. We had a great doctor. We put down our parrots a few years ago, and Bay Country helped us with that. They seems ot care about the animals that they are treating. Our vet remembers our daughters name, which I think is very good, and also talks to her when we go to the vet. She has a very good bedside manner.  They now have a second location.

They are wonderful people. They really try to educate the pet parents. Scheduling the appointment was incredible easy- you can phone in or go online. The medical and pharmacy records are all electronic. When I had to take my dog into the ER, I was able to pull up the medication on my smart phone. They know what they can and cannot do. They also don't try to gouge you on meds and will refer you to an online pet pharmacy if needed. Everyone, from the veterinarians to the vet techs, love the animals and it shows.

Very empathetic, personal, and came to my home. It couldn't have been more peaceful.

I never like taking my cats to the vet, but at least I have found a vet that I trust with treating my pet family.

I initially went in for a checkup. I was particularly worried about my dog's, (Ozzie) teeth. He was examined by Dr. Donahue who was courteous and thoughtful. He said Ozzie needed to have his teeth cleaned and have at least one tooth extracted. We scheduled the procedure for the next day.

I left Ozzie in the morning and picked him up later in the day. He seemed to be fine. In addition to the teeth they did a blood test for heart worms and Lyme. This test disclosed that he had Lyme and they recommended a further test to determined the extent of the disease which I agreed to. All in all they were professional and caring. Dr. Samantha Smith who cleaned Ozzie's teeth called be later that night to inquire how Ozzie was doing. I appreciate that level of care.

The only downside was the price which was $1,038.19. This seems very high to me.

I called them several weeks later to inquire about having my cat declawed. From my previous experience I was concerned about price so I asked them what it would cost. They refused to tell me!

I would recommend them with the reservation as to price.

The staff here is very caring, professional, efficient and personable. They know each individual pet when they walk in the door. My dog loved it there. We moved to Nashville, so we had to find someone else. I would definitely recommend them to others.
