Alomst all of them are addicted to something and using while at work. The employee's along with the employer all act like high school girls with their gossip and work place harrassment. Tom (the boss) allows all of this and takes part in it and with ease verbally abuses his employees, slanders and withholds pay that is not rightfully his. It has shown to effect their ability to get there work done efficiently, within deadline and with quality. I would not recomend hiring this company or working for them. Plenty of other places to hire! Don't get ripped

They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Now in 2018 the deck is sinking and pulling away from the house. I called them several times asking for an assessment and estimate to repair. They have ignored my calls. Do not even have the courtesy to respond or tell me they don't care. Woud not recommend them and will never again use them

Will never attempt to use this contractor again. Poor professionalism. House in disarray (ripped out flooring, padding, carpeting on 2nd floor; holes in ceiling, ripped out flooring on 1st floor) for way longer than necessary. Contractor made it seem like insurance request was above/beyond normal. Repeated messages left with contractor with no reply from worker doing estimate. Serious lack of communication and effort on contractor's part (esp. contractor's worker).

Everyone we were involved with was professional and courteous. Don't remember the exact cost, but it was reasonable, AND cheaper than other contractors. Their MHIC number is 349, so they must be doing something right . . . .

Both of our jobs were performed with skill and professionalism. The men were in and out in one day. The premises were left clean and orderly. We have since recommended A.J. Jackson to our neighbors who have also used them for a new roof.

My mother's condo association notified her that she needed to have a cage installed over her bathroom vent on the outside of her unit. They recommended Albert Jackson to do the work. Two workmen arrived as scheduled, and $210 to put a cage on the vent identified by her condo association. My mother then asked whether they could also install a cage over another vent on the other side of her unit, because she had problems with birds making their nest in the vent slots. The workers charged my mother another $100 (!) for a ten-dollar part and 10-15 minutes (max) of work. Not only did they grossly overcharge her, they also did a sloppy job and did not even install a complete vent cage (which is supposed to have a plastic mesh inside to prevent birds from getting into the vent). I worked for a general contractor for 15 years, and I never would have taken advantage of a customer the way these guys ripped off my Mom.

The job went very well and my roof is no longer leaking. This company is very easy to work with.

Rick and his crew have been maintaining my gutters for a couple of years. He recommended these leaFree gutter protectors and they are great! Could not ask for a better job.

This is the first time we have hired a contractor to do any work in our house and it was a very good experience. They were not the least expensive, but we feel they were worth the price. Steve did the initial appraisal and all the work. He answered all communications right away, always came when he said he would and left the work area clean after he was done each time. Steve made suggestions of some adjustments which made the placement of the cabinets more attractive and in one case actually functional. He recomended we vent the range hood to the outside before we told him we were considering it. He was knowledgable and obviously experienced in construction. We don't have any complaints.

The crew showed up on time and worked well to complete on schedule even though I requested a couple of extra actions. The extra actions requested were remounting the cabinets that were removed in my bathroom and drilling a hole through the wall in my kitchen, so I could run some speaker wires. Steve was extremely helpful with my extra requests. He was also great with my dogs. While up on my roof installing the vent, they cleared all the branches off my roof. These guys go the extra mile. Will definitely use them again. The vent looks great and works so much better than my old unit.

Very good experience. From design to completion we were very involved. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally.

We used their services 3 years ago to put on a screen porch. Within the past month they installed a new sink in the bathroom, a new toilet and a new door handle on the front door. They do all kinds of home improvement and remodeling work. They show up when they say they are going to and clean up after themselves. They put down a drop cloth if they are doing any kind of messy work. The people who come in to execute the work are very courteous, neat and clean. I highly recommend them. Since we are moving out of the area, we want to get our house ready for our new buyers. So we want to improve a couple of things.

Shortly after moving into our newly purchased home we discovered that the gutters were poorly installed with leaks at eight locations. We called Albert Jackson & Sons to makes the repairs. Their response was prompt and courteous. The work was done well. And we thought the price was reasonable.

I first obtained a quote from this company in October 2007, but didn't go ahead with the work until mid-April 2008. The company was very easy to deal with and very responsive, despite the time that had elapsed. Rick and his helper worked like mad to take down our very old (and very FULL) gutters and to replace them with new product. Although I know that Rick happened to be in physical pain that day, he wanted to get the job done before the arrival of the record-setting rain we had last week. They did finish and did a wonderful job. I know that because of the storm I would have had a lot of problems and interior seepage damage had the old gutters still been up. Their quote was on a par with two other companies I dealt with, but it was primarily their reputation on Angie's List that sold me.

They arrived on time, gave me an estimate to do the work and returned the same day to complete the job. This was in spite of the fact that there had been a major storm the previous day and a lot of emergencies. Extremely helpful, neat and cleaned up before they left.

They were reliable and came when they said they would. They were very honest and professional throughout the process.

While initially very nice to deal with, when there was a problem, it became increasingly difficult to reach the owner. I'm less than 15 minutes away from work to home and have made it clear I'd like to meet the person coming to inspect the work, but they claim they sent somebody out twice without calling me first. I have siding being installed shortly. I'll have to pay that contractor to do this shingle repair instead.
