One of the major issues we had was the guys who installed the trim in the kitchen did not put it down to the tile floor and left a large gap. The dining room and kitchen floors have different heights and they decided to install the trim up off the floor a 1/2 and quot; and never bother to call and find out if this would be okay. When we inspected the job and called to complain, Chris said that he would fix it right away. We then received a bill for $324.00 to fix it which we felt was absurd considering it should have been part of the original estimate.
We also had 6 closet doors installed through out the house. All of which had to be reinstalled because they didn't fit. When we called to complain he said the temperature had changed and it was our problem to fix. There was also some mismatched trim in one of the bedrooms which he did say he would address but never did. The paint quality was okay but there were numerous spots of paint on the carpet.
Overall, this is average work I would expect from a contractor, however, I was expecting high quality job for the price we paid.
