My experience with Tera Nova Design, Inc., was very, very positive. They were outstanding, they did a really fabulous design and they did an excellent job redoing the kitchen. They did it quickly and professionally. The one thing that I liked about Tera Nova the most is that they involved me very heavily in the design process and most importantly, they listened. Tera Nova takes the time to listen to you. Also, the price was very good. One of the things that Tera Nova let me do was, I wanted to buy my fixtures and certain appliances and they let me. I like their flexibility. They helped manage my cost. Tera Nova had very good follow-up as well, even two, three months later. They asked me how I was doing and I told them about a chip in the granite and they sent someone out to fix it. We are currently working with them on a design for our master bath.

They very thorough and work with your schedule. All of the employees polite and courteous. They call before they come and tell me when they will be there. They are knowledgeable and can suggest new solutions and tweak the system.
