"Sir we are out of business due to a car accident that totaled our van and machines I've sent out a mass email and notified Angies List as well. Please instead of being negative check your mail. But anyway Angies List will refund your money or find another service provider to detail your vehicle."
The actual work on the body and interior was good. The only complaint is they didn't fully clean the aluminum wheels; stains remained on all tire rims.
