Absolutely appalling customer service, left unresolved problems. Had them install and replace some outdoor fixtures and switches. Crew was very polite, did good work. Unfortunately they made a minor mistake--switches were mis-wired, so in a bank of 3 switches, 2 wires got wired to the middle and nothing wired to one switch. Didn't catch it until after they left (all three switches on, all lights on, easy to miss). No big deal, easy fix, I'm sure they'll just stop back and fix it. Message the owner--sure I'll let you know. A week later, same answer. Rinse and repeat for 3 more weeks. Now over a month, and I have no commitment to fix. Call and send a couple more messages, and the owner's response is now "if you would stop with the constant messages, it would have been done already". So apparently a once-a-week message for over a month to fix an error they made is unreasonable. I'm frankly shocked to be treated so unprofessionally. I think they generally do good work, but if they happen to make a mistake or you need any kind of support once they've already cashed the check apparently you're out of luck.

I'm very pleased with the responsiveness of Rob and his company. I was worried about possible problems with the outlet because of how it sort of exploded. They came out the next day and fixed it immediately. The technician told me it was definitely a concern and could have caused a fire. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The work took a short time, and the price was reasonable for the work done. I would definitely use them again.

A perfect job. They were on time and very professional. Because of the virus they used masks and gloves. They were very helpful and answered questions. Cleaned up everything afterward. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and neighbors

Outstanding all three jobs. I found out about the company before I knew it was on Angie's list through one of my neighbors. I had already used them for the first job and was completely satisfied. Then I had contact them again after I saw them on the smaller jobs. They prices were reasonable and competitive. Their workmen quick, efficient, and polite. I will use them again in the future for my next project The first job cost $1339. The second and third jobs were about $400.

Professional electric has serviced my home on three separate occasions. The first was a rewiring job. They pointed out that my fuse box was fine and did not need to be upgraded on the second visit just modified. When I call them for additional work they came out and install my new light fixtures and advised me that my exterior wiring was fine. I found out about them from my neighbors. I did not find out that they were on Angie's list until after I had the work done. They were Outstanding each time.

It went great. They responded immediately to my call and gave me a convenient time and called when they were near our home. The two men were very pleasant and explained what they would have to do to complete the job. The new fan was larger than the previous one and they had to work through a crawl space part of the time. The new switch was a smart switch with timer and they explained the pros and cons of the switch. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up and left the room spotless. They were really nice to work with and so glad we called them. The price was very fair.

Completed some electrical repairs needed as part of our home inspection. The response time was quick, the work was performed right away, and prices were fair. Would recommend and we will use again for future electrical work needed.

They came early Monday morning as promised and replaced a bad GFI. We weren't even late for work! Wonderful service!

They had initially come out to assess my needs (about 1 year ago): having four bedrooms fitted with window air conditioners that can run simultaneously without tripping a switch and shutting off electricity. They provided me with a solution for this which was installing a dedicated outlet/ circuit breaker for each air conditioner. Well one year later I asked them to proceed with the job. They used the same plan and estimate they quoted me one year ago. They arrived early and on time, the job took about 3 hours. They had to do some drilling, cutting, etc to run wiring, They were so neat, covered the holes neatly and kept it to a minimum. When the job was done, it was perfect. We have been blasting all four air conditioners when needed and it's been wonderful and ice cold during these hot summer days. I have used Professional Electric for years and will continue using them for all my electrical work. They are really great guys: professional, reliable, smart and you can't beat their prices.

Excellent all around. Rob gave me a very good estimate over the phone since he had worked in a bunch of my types of houses. That said, I told him I would be more comfortable with an on site estimate cofirmation given amount of money involved as well as some minor things I wanted to show him. He showed up right on time, and early, which meant I didn't have to take off form work. He said the estimate was still okay. So we committed to each other at that time. The day of the work, Johnny and Mike showed up right on time and got to work. Everything was done within about 6 hours, which was shorter than I had thought. Johnny showed me what he was doing so I understood the work involved. They were very pleasant, nice to talk to, played good music during the work, and my overall experience was outstanding. The attic fan issue ended up being much simpler than I thought, which was good to find out. I'm very glad I hired them

The service went excellent! They were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, were very nice and respectful team, and they did excellent work.

It was a great experience working with Professional Electric.  I was having wainscoting installed and in the process discovered the light switches were right at the top and would have to be moved.  I called Professional Electric and Rob came out early the next morning to give me an estimate and had someone there the next morning to move the switches.  We were impressed with the quality of work and plan on having them back in a few months for electrical work we need done.

All outlets in one room were dead (despite flipping circuit breakers & GCFI's). One outlet just outside the room was clearly malfunctioning, with electrical power blinking on & off. So I made an appointment with them a few days ago. About an hour and a half before they were scheduled to arrive, they called to let me know they were in the area, & ask if it was okay for them to come early. (Sure!) Johnny & Mike quickly confirmed and repaired the faulty outlet, and (as expected) the other connected outlets immediately began working again. It was obvious that they are knowledgeable about their trade, and I would gladly call them again & recommend to others.

Came sooner than scheduled as they were in the area. Thanks Jonny for job done quickly and solved the issue.
