They are big service company. They always answer the questions. Their services are fine even when I don't want them! I'll be doing work around the house and set off the fire alarm and I end up with 25 guys stomping around the place. If I have a technical question I call them and I get an answer.

It is a good firm.

The service turned out very well. There were no problems at all. They were prompt and very responsive. When the alarm does go off they call immediately. The initial scheduling was very easy.

Petitbon was great.  There wasn't a push for anything we didn't need and the technician (Ross) answered all of my questions and fixed any problems that didn't require new hardware for the flat visit fee ($125).  Great experience!

Excellent job overall.  I had a problem with my older alarm system and I thought they would have to replace it.  They have a tech experienced in older systems and he was able to fix it, thus saving me a large amount of money.  I did have a minor problem after the service call, but they came and solved it at no charge.  Great service!

This company really was more pleasant to work with than the others I contacted. The thing that made them stand out was that they don't make you sign a long-term contract. ADT required 3 years, Vector required 2 or 3 years, Petitbon gives you a month-to-month arrangement as a matter of course. This was huge for me, since I've never had a security service before and wasn't sure I'd really want to stick with it, and since the current economy makes our household unsure of its long term budget. At each consultation/installation appointment, the Petitbon folks showed up on time, were friendly and cheerful and professional, and gave straightforward advice, including web links I could use to research the equipment they were planning to install. This was important, because I got a lot of conflicting advice from the various companies, so being able to do some independent research helped. Since installation, the system has worked well, and my occasional accidental alarm triggers have resulted in prompt responses. When I once had a concern with a response time, I called Petitbon, immediately got a person who thoroughly researched my concern, and had the concern addressed beyond my satisfaction by the end of the day. I have thankfully not had a break-in, nor could I possibly know whether my system has "deterred" anyone, but as far as the routine ownership of a security system goes, I am quite happy I chose Petitbon.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL ON RESPONSE. THEY ARE VERY NEAT ABOUT CONCEALMENT OF WIRES AND DEVICES. THE UPGRADE PROCESS WAS VERY THOROUGH AND THEY SPENT TIME EXPLAINING ALL OF OUR OPTIONS.
