Contracted Kari for a couple jobs -- painting and carpeting. The interior paint work was fabulous. His painter obviously takes pride in his work. The cover to the dimmer switch was lost and the job took a little longer than we thought, but we couldn't be happier. This rating is a C+ due to the multiple calls we made to schedule the work and provide paint samples and the numerous time Kari re-scheduled coming by or not showing at all. The last time we scheduled with Lari, he gave us and estimate and said he would stop but the next week to get the paint sample and he did not stop by, nor did he call. We scheduled with him to provide the paint sample again, and never heard from him again.

This company is not good at returning calls. Prepare to wait a few days. I made the appointment with the company's owner. The day of, they were a no show/no call. About a week later, I get a call from said owner apologizing saying he went on vacation and didn't remember the appointment. He rescheduled. He showed up on the reschedule date with his workers. They were courteous. I specifically requested to make sure the doors were caulked and sealed because they were below ground level. One door was sealed as requested. The other door was not. Needless to say, about 2 weeks later we had a bad rain that lasted 2 days. Water flooded through the unsealed/uncaulked door, soaking my carpet and padding. I had to pull up the carpet and padding, dry it out,  reinstall it, then shampoo it myself because I was afraid I would be waiting forever for them to return and didn't want want the mildew to set in meanwhile. Had this not happened, I may have hired them for other jobs that were not time sensitive.

They did excellent work. It was very good and I am getting ready to use them again. I liked them a lot.

They've done work for me in the basement and they've done work for me in the bathroom. They were reasonable. Their customer service and their work ethic was really good. They were really good and really nice. The company is owned by a young gentleman, I'd say in his mid 30s. He was very nice. They do work really good. They remodeled the bathroom in the basement, one of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. They did painting for us. They updated our basement. They did a great job. We didn't have any complaints at all. They were very professional. We do have some other projects we have to get done around here. I'm sure we'll be calling them. We have referred them to other family members.

I was impressed with this company and I provided all the materials. They did an excellent job. What stood out is their promptness. They showed up for work and left my place afterwards.
