From start to finish with hiring this company was fantastic. I reached out because I was having an ant issue. Nothing I used worked, I got the ant traps, the spray and NOTHING worked. Go Green reassured me that they could take care of the ant issue and make sure I wouldn't see them again. They set up the initial visit and inspected the areas of concern, applied their product and let me know that in a week he will be out again to make sure the problem was under control. The technician explained everything he was doing and explained what I would expect. He was fantastic, his name was Jim! After two treatment, the ants are completed gone, moved out! Thank you Go Green Team and Jim for all your help.

Tree and plant installation was well done.

I found them through a neighbor. The price is good, they do quality work. I have had no problems with them at all. I did try another service that was supposed to be a natural service and it messed the grass up, and they kind of got it back together for me. They don’t do my mowing.

They have top notch quality. They show up the same day they say they are going to be here every week. They are professional.

Met expectations

Lawnscapes abuses their customers by performing shoddy work, not returning to fix the shoddy work and not returning phone calls. This company rarely answers their phone and when they do the customer is told the owners will return the person's phone call but they never do. Voice messages that are left asking to return phone calls are ignored.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Two years ago, I lost my focus and hired another highly rated Crofton area lawn service that also did mowing, bed preparation etc. Well, bad decision. They tore up the lawn and didn't really do well in lawn prep and attention to the grass. So, we went back to Lawnscapes and in six moths they have undone all the damage the other company did. 
These guys are first rate, responsive, and know what they are about. I recommend them without reservation. As an aside, three of my neighbors use them based on my experience in years past. So, give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Although this year we will not use Lawnscapes Etc., I was very impressed with how prompt and professional they were when we requested an estimate. The form they use for estimates was much more detailed than the chain lawncare providers. I understood fully what they were going to provide. I received the estimate a day after I requested it online. The price was also very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them more than one of the chains.

UPDATE: Several lawns in my neighborhood have been using Lawnscapes and their yards look beautiful! I hope I don't end up regretting my decision.

I have used them for five years.  They are small local company and not a big chain so they know the issues with the lawn specific to this area because they are just locals.  They don’t just come but call and check my time before they come and it is like a reminder.  I am on a program and I get a program four times a year.  They call because I have a dog and also I have a lot of weeds so before getting a treatment I have to make sure the weeds are cleared.   Sometime it is not good day when they say they are going to come.  They were comparable.

The job went very well overall.  The technician applied the fertilizer according to the correct specified amounts for my type of lawn.  He answered all of my questions in a clear, concise manner.  I have been using Lawnscapes, etc. for several years and have been pleased with their work and quality of service.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who desires a well maintained lawn.

Lawncapes has provided our lawn fertilizaion and weed control for the past 5 years..  When I originally contacted Lawnscapes I received an estimate the same day with service the following week.   We receive 4 or 5 treatments per year.  We also receive a courtesy call a few days in advance to ensure our gate is unlocked for the staff when they arrive.   We have also chosen the aeration and overseeding which is wonderful!  The staff is professional and neat.  We never have any debris or fertizer left on our driveway or walkways.  We also receive a "how to care for" pamphlet on our door at each visit which is a great help to us.

I highly recommend this service to anyone.  The investment is worthwhile and actually about the same as what it would cost to purchase a spreader and fertilizer products.   We absolutely love this service!!

I waited all day for them to appear, which they did after 5:30 PM.  I called several times that day to find out when they were coming because I wanted to be there.  There was no one in the office from about 3 PM on.  When the worker came, he did an OK job, but this is not the issue with this company.  The office contacts are rude and misconstrue verbal orders that you give.  The owner will not return calls, and you have no recourse if you have a service issue. When I called to order overseeding this fall and to speak to the owner, I found out several weeks (and no return phone call) later that they had closed my account.  I suspect that the owner never heard about this.   Once you have a review of your yard, you need to be there when a crew arrives if you want to update or discuss.

I have simply handed the lawn feeding over to another company in the area that I have done business with for about 10 years.  I should have done this a long tome ago.  They all charge about the same amount, so why not deal with friendly competent professionals?

They come five times a year and the experience has been very good. They always call ahead and always keep their appointments. Their product works well and I will continue to use this company.

Not too bad, however they put fertilizer on the grass when the grass was already burned.

They were prompt on giving the quote and the price was good. We are waiting because we have other lawn work that we need to have done including knocking down some trees. Some of the writing on the quote was not comprehensible. I think we are going to go with them.

Did not retain.

They are tremendous. These folks are really something. They are excellent. They are concerned, they come out, they follow up and they support their products. They are very good. They are very efficient, very punctual and they follow up the documentation and you have to get to speak with the field supervisor and he makes recommendations for you and the things that they don't do well, they come back and follow up on it or they'll catch you the next season. They stick to the schedule. This one is really an A-1 class organization here. This is how landscaping should be done. They are very professional. If you want a green lawn, a nice healthy lawn, have them come out and have them give you an assessment of what you need and then you can make a decision because you get to make a firm decision about what you are trying to do, the best way to do it and what it would cost you upfront over a period of time. They don't do landscaping as far as edging and replanting things. They just make your existing lawn healthy and beautiful. That's what they do and they are very good at it. They don't say you dream, they'll say that they can deal. They are not overly expensive and they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would use them again in the future.

Little dissapointed in this Company. Was expecting a call right away which never happened. Seemingly weeks later they showed up at their conveneince and did a lawn evaluation and left it with my wife who wasn't handling the project. they failed to place a follow up call as if they wern't that interested in the business.

They have come out twice now. They are local and rated well. They are reasonably priced too. They are situated nearby and I?m not sure about how to measure their punctuality.
