 + -1 moreNope... I had a friend use HomeFirst Title Group at closing at the recommendation of their real estate agent, almost a YEAR ago. THEY ARE STLL WAITING FOR THE TITLE TO TRANSFER!!! ( I guess the previous owner is stuck with paying the 2020 real estate taxes :-( ) You can only use COVID as an excuse for so long. I will not be using them or their real estate agent for any future home purchases.

 + -1 moreFor my home buyer experience, the loan officer at my bank left a little to be desired but wherever Michelle/Erin could help in the process the could. They were extremely nice and responsive to all contacts with them, answered questions I had about the process and were great to work with. I completely recommend them for home transactions.
Description of Work: We use this company when I purchased my current home from my sister. They did the title and settlement services. Basically coordinate everything for settlement with the sellers, buyers, and their banks.

 + -1 moreDue to my career path, I have been a part of many real estate settlements. Claire Buchner really outshined any other settlement agent/attorney I have worked with. I appreciated the pace at which she worked and how she explained the process to all parties. I never felt like I was one of several appointments on her schedule. She entered the settlement prepared and had answers for all questions asked. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Claire was the settlement agent at my recent real estate settlement. It was a bit of a complicated settlement, and Claire's knowledge and demeanor truly was the reason why the deal closed as smoothly as it did.
