I worked with Scott story he was my lending officer He was great. walked me through the process and ensured that all paperwork was completed. Toward the end of the process I also worked with Eric Light. Eric was very to the point which I appreciated! My only advise is to keep a close eye on paperwork submitted. Sometimes I was told something was not submitted that was several times. Stay on top of them especially when you have deadlines to stay within. Due to my student loans being in a deferred status I had a specific date things needed to happen by and we cut pretty close to this date no fault of my own. Also know that your mortgage will more than likely be sold immediately after closing. Mine was and it looked like I refinanced it for some reason when I only had one month under FHR and then it went to US Bank.
