One of the owners, Sarah, helped me when I first came in. I explained to her that I wanted an entry level bike for mostly paved path riding and that, since is my first bike in a long while, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. We talked a bit about what I was going to do with my bike and she showed me one that would work for what I needed. I test rode it and no other because that one was fine. She kept in mind that I didn't want to spend loads of money so when she suggested accessories she made sure to let me know the costs of the different versions. She also made some suggestions for further down the road if I decide I like riding and want to upgrade. I didn't get a hard sell for anything and I appreciated that. The other owner installed all my new purchases, helped me put the bike rack on car and load the bike up.
