Not all the edges were as rounded off as I would have liked. The customer service was good and they were very friendly. I would use them again, but would be more specific as what I was looking for.

We had a break in at our home (glass sliding door) and they were able to assist us immediately. There was no additional charge for same/rush day service. The service man was punctual and professional. The work was seamless.

My windshield needed to be replaced due to crack in glass.  The service was provided and I was happy as I left Economy Glass.
Several weeks later, I was driving on I95 and I heard the loud noise (wind) as if the windows were open.  I took the car back to Economy Glass and found the seal was loose. They repaired the seal.  A few months later,  after a heavy rain,  water was leaking into the car.  I took the car to my mechanic and he said that it was the windshield seal.
I took it back to Economy Glass and, this time, it was determined that the seal did not go all the way around the glass.  There was a 3 inch gap at one location where the water was coming in.
Although, the problems were fixed after we contacted the company, the problems should never have occurred.  They are in the business of repairing windshields. I am certainly not their first customer. 

My husband wanted me to mention that it was difficult getting our phone calls returned.  He had to place several calls to the owner because the business was not responding in a timely manner.

Economy Glass was the third place I called.  The first place didn't seem interested in my business and the second place was not available on my availability dates.  Economy Glass returned my call the same day and made an appointment to come out and take measurements. The gentleman they sent out was extremely professional and very nice,  However, when I called for the status of my glass, they could not find my order.  But that was not a problem for them. They apologized, sent someone to the house, who was equally professional as the first person, to re-measure and had my glass ready the same day.  I will definitely use their services again.  Customer service is very important to me.

The fact that they offered that screen door stood out to me and did it. They were friendly, efficient, had different types of screens, and will take any job no matter how big or small. It only took about 2 days.

The materials that they used were of superior quality. The quality of their work was very good. I was satisfied with their service.

Economy Glass sales person was able to replace two windows in a snap. Their timeliness and efforts were outstanding. The price was average, but their speed was the trick.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMPLETING MY ORDER. THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO FIT MY GLASS SHELVES INTO THEIR OPENINGS, ONLY 2 FIT, SO I RETURNED THE OTHER 4 AND ECONOMY GLASS HAPPILY REBUFFED ALL OF THE REMAINING EDGES 2 MORE TIMES.

ALTHOUGH THE JOB EVENTUALLY WAS COMPLETED AND IT LOOKS NICE, IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE CORRECT WINDOWS. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT WITH THE SLIDING DOOR WINDOW, IT WAS MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY AND WE HAD TO WAIT WEEKS FOR IT TO COME IN. THEY DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS WHICH REQUIRED ME OR MY HUSBAND TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK.
