James Lagaras responded quickly to my inquiry about getting a quote for the job.  He came out the next day to do the install and did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with.  There was a complication when one of the faucets that I supplied turned out to be defective (it leaked - stay away from the cheap Delta faucet at Home Depot). James offered to come back after I got a new faucet at no additional cost, and the final invoice was less than the quote.  I highly recommend Clean Water Plumbing.

James was great to work with.  He showed up on time and was prompt in following up on the initial estimate.  We were changing the footprint of the kitchen and had to run new plumbing for the ice-maker/water in fridge and the new location for the sink/dishwasher.  To compound the complexity of our project, we had our floors finished before the plumbing.  This had me very nervous since I was worried about damage.  He came as scheduled and got to work.  He brought all the tools and fixtures required and made all the changes requested.  

James walked in with all his protective gear and did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.  The best part was turning on the faucet and having all the appliances work!  I do like that James uses on-line tools for contract signing and bill payment.  I would totally recommend James Lagaras/Clean Water Plumbing for any plumbing projects you have.
