When I would call to check on the repair status, the technician was always available to update me and let me know what had been done and what needed to be done. The repairs were performed on schedule at the quoted price and with no hassle.

They seemed knowlegeable and nice when I went in to ask them some questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. They were extremely helpful and answered my questions. I would recommend them, especially if you aren't computer savey.

The experience with taking it in went fine; he looked at it and said he would call me back in about a week. I noticed a little bit of a change in his approach when I mentioned that I found him on Angie's List. The general interaction between us went well otherwise.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS THEY WORK ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND THERE WERE SEVERAL COMPUTERS IN FRONT OF OURS.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM CHESAPEAKE COMPUTING. THEY HAVE ALWAYS ACCOMMODATED MY NEED TO HAVE MY COMPUTER FIXED QUICKLY, AND ON MANY OCCASION WALKED ME THROUGH SIMPLE REPAIRS AT HOME ON MY OWN AT NO CHARGE.
