Chris was very responsive and professional. Made an appointment easily, he arrived on-time, and performed necessary repairs to the range and dryer (replacing burners, switch, etc). The rates were reasonable and service done as expected. Thank you very much, Chris. Will certainly hire again.

The job went quick and very well. Chris answered my call and said that he could come the same day. We didn't set a time; but within 2 hours, he showed up with his son who is in training. He instructed his son on how to get my garbage disposal unstuck. This took less than five minutes. He then worked on the refrigerator that no longer provided water from the dispenser. They inspected water lines to troubleshoot the issue. They asked for paper towels or towels to avoid the water spilling on the floor. Chris tighten the water filter and the water started flowing again. Because of several things attempted before calling Chris, I don't think that tightening the filter fixed the root problem. But that doesn't matter now because I have water. Bottom line...Chris is a no chit-chat guy. He is a professional who knows how to get the job done!

Chris called back, gave me the price of the board, and said he could have it picked up the next day and have it installed the same day. That was great news, since Sears had told me the earliest they could get out was 3 weeks. Chris called me Thursday evening, and said he would be able to install on Friday. On Friday afternoon, he called to say he would be to my home in 20-30 minutes. He showed up on time, and installed the new part within 15 minutes and was gone. Great job, Chris. I will be sure to make you my first call on my next appliance repair.

I called Chris to confirm he serviced my area and explain the problem. He said he could come the next day and gave me a window of time in which to expect him. He arrived the next day in the early portion of the time window and quickly got to work on the washing machine. After removing the panel, he confirmed that the problem was a disconnected hose. He then reconnected the hose, put the panel back on and looked at the microwave. After some testing, he determined the problem and shared that the fix would be almost as much as replacing the unit. Chris applied the Angie's List coupon and charged a reasonable price for his time and work. He was pleasant and professional.

Great! They called a half hour before the appointment time to say they were on the way, so we didn't have to sit home half a day waiting. They showed up on time, had the right part in their truck, it cost $129 bucks for the part and labor (they didn't charge just to come out), and we were done in 10 minutes. Oven works great now. They were very nice, and I would definitely use them again. We had tried to book someone else originally, and had to take 4 hours off work for a window for them to come, and then they didn't show and never returned phone calls. What a different experience this was! Also don't confuse them with the heating/cooling company with a similar name, it's a different business.

I had an appt scheduled for the first visit, repairman never showed, never called, didn't answer phone. Called the next day, no answer. Finally received a call the following day, he had a medical emergency and apologized for the mishap. We rescheduled and he was on time for appt. He quickly unlatched the broken door and informed me the latch needed replaced. The part he had in his worktruck was broken, and he would have to order a new one for me and come back to put it in, the latch was about a $6, $7 part. No problem, I paid $60 for an hour of his time. He left me some parts he would need to replace the latch Follow-up day finally came and he had the new latch, asked for the parts which I conveniently had on the fridge. Maybe 15 mins later he was all done, and said it would be $75. I was so taken aback I just paid and didn't argue. While I should not have assumed I would not need to pay for another service call since he didn't have working spare parts on his truck, he also should have informed me that not only would I have to pay another full service charge, but the part was twice as much as was originally quoted. I of course didn't have the price in writing so I couldn't argue. I would have rather spent another $60 and gotten a brand new dishwasher ( I had already shopped around not knowing what was wrong with mine) instead of just a new latch. I would likely use the provider again, but would ask many more questions up front and get all quotes in writing.

My four year old Maytag dishwasher was starting to act a little crazy. I didn't want to deal with Maytag and the people who sold me the dishwasher were too far away. So I checked Angie's List and this guy had lots of good reviews and he was close by.
I told him my problem over the phone and he pretty much figured out what was wrong. He asked for the model number so he could look up the part and told me he would call back. He called back in about a half hour, told me the cost of the part, the cost of labor and that he could come out and do the repair the next day and he gave me a two hour window that he could make it out.
He came out during the early part of the two hour window, had the part that was needed and made the repair. He even provided some advice about another appliance that was giving me trouble (a washer) and re-secured an access panel on the dishwasher that had been loose for years.
I highly recommend this guy. He's good at what he does and he's a straight shooter.
