All American Mattress

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress.  We noticed All American Mattress in Crofton and decided to try out their beds.  We met with the owner, Kevin and he helped us find the right bed for us.  He had great customer skills and the price was under what we were looking for.  We were assuming $1,000 for a mattress and he quoted us $849 for the Queen size Simmons Beautyrest Melissa.  At the edge of the bed he posted that his competitor is selling it for over $1,000 and listed that a patron would receive over $300 discount.  (clearly we were quoted more.) Because my husband and I don?t make big purchases on the spot, we went home to think about it.  I was happily surprised when I noticed we had a coupon in for $500 off any Simmons Beautyrest King or Queen Mattress Set at All American Mattress.  (There was no fine print.) On 11/23/2012 we went back in to All American Mattress to buy our mattress and the sales clerk stated I had to wait until Kevin arrived to validate the coupon.  To my surprise, when Kevin arrived he would not honor the coupon.  We still understood we were getting a good deal, so we bought the mattress.  We booked a time for delivery between 3 and 5 PM the next day.  The driver never called us at 5 to say they were running late.  I contacted the company and they said the driver will call us back.  The driver called us back 30 minutes later and did not deliver the mattress until 7:09 PM. I don?t recommend going here if you want them to honor a coupon or show up on time.  However, we still got a good deal on the mattress.
