Water Softener Service

Got no customer service on the equipment and changes with the system I was counting on for healthy water and feeling of living like a human being...they kept putting me off....just trying to get more money for nothing.   Had my water tested by another company close by....refered to me by a friend...and discovered that they equipment I had was not even close to addressing my problems.....huge equipment for commercial grade water....but was not needed AT ALL for my water...I don't even need a softener or regular filters....I need to address PH and slight iron,,,,,,had new equipment installed by Rainsoft at a fraction of the cost.  Since my new well was dug....July2010....I have had no useful equipment AT ALL...I was lied to and upsold from the beginning of my experience with Culligan and I am furious that they would take such blantant advantage of a woman alone,  I haven't spoken to Mark or Pam at the main office {someone who just calls to threaten}      I'm disgusted with my own stupidity.
