The first time they came out to do the refinishing work, they came on time and did a good job. A few months later, they were coming out to do some repair work on the bathtub and the repairmen were involved in an accident on the way over. A lady at the office called me and I was told that they would call me back to re-schedule the work and they didn't. I had to call them, but they did show up the next day, on time & did a good job.

R&R CAME AND RESURFACED THE BATHTUB IN PLACE. THE TUB WAS ETCHED AND 3-4 COATS OF ACRYLIC-URETHAQNE WAS APPLIED OVER A PRIMER BASE COAT. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE BATHTUB LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE TECHNICIAN LEFT THE BATHROOM LOOKING LIKE WHEN HE CAME IN EXCEPT FOR A NEW LOOKING BATHTUB.
