We use them every day since the first of January last year. We pay them monthly. They're fantastic and awesome. We've been using them since 2008 or 2009. She's just reliable. She's an animal lover. She's passionate and caring.

We have used Happy Tails Pet Sitting for many years.  LouAnn is just the best.  We were thrilled to be back in her area again after having been in another part of Harford County for a couple of years.  We are extremely happy with her service and her prices and I know I can leave my pets in her competent care.

Jim & Louanne are the best! We've been using them for almost two years, and they're incredibly reliable, and take the very best care of our fur-kids. They follow all of our regular routines, including supplements and treats, and making sure they're supervised and safe. When we come home, even after more than a week, they're all happy and seem completely normal. When we used to board them -- and at almost three times the cost per night -- they'd come home after any trip longer than a couple days acting all squirrelly.

We have two Boston terriers (one of whom is deaf and a little obsessive), and a Pug -- Jim and Louanne make sure that they're always happy and healthy; for brachycephalic breeds, that means not letting them get too hot or too cold. Jim goes out and stays out with them, so they never get uncomfortable.

Our dogs are big snugglers, and Jim is only too happy to sit with them and give them plenty of love & attention.

Louanne is lovely on the phone, and super-responsive and easy to reach; when we were out of the country this spring, she even gave updates to my mother-in-law, so that we could be sure they were fine, when we couldn't call ourselves.

We're incredibly particular, and Jim and Louanne exceed all of our expectations, every time.

I find the Happy Tails service to be extremely reliable.  I am comfortable with them accessing my home in my absence and find them to be extremely flexible to meet my on going pet care needs.  I feel better leaving my dogs for extended periods of time because I know that I can count on the services that Happy Tails provides.  They have provided quality animal care for puppy to adult.

Happy Tails provides reasonable rates for quality service and takes into consideration travel distance for effective and mutually fair pricing.

They were fantastic. Louann cares for and loved my dog (s) as if they were her own. When my roommate was ill with a heart condition I was forever grateful of the care and compassion Louann displayed not only to my dog but to my family as well.

"Auntie Lou", our sitter, is one of the few people that Loopi has ever warmed up to in the first few minutes of her visit, which made us feel comfortable (he's a picky little guy). Lou Ann brought all of the paperwork with her and we completed most of it before she left. We had no problems whatsoever and felt that Loopi was well taken care of. She even watered my potted flowers on our back porch! Thank you Lou Ann!! We will definitely use Happy Tails again!

Love Anne is just an outstanding pet sitter.  She is dependable, professional, and flexible with my work schedule.  She always makes sure my dog eats and has everything he needs.  My dog loves her and gets excited when I mention her name.

The pet sitter (I forgot her name now) was wonderful! She was very sweet and very nice to the kitties when she came for the initial meet and greet. I was having a hard time locating a pet sitter that would come to me in Havre de Grace, but she would. She was also willing to deal with some unique circumstances for this visit (we had just finished refinishing the hardwood floors, so half the house was empty). She also was tolerate of our picky eater, making sure she ate her food before the other cat ran her off. Plus she brought in the mail and watered the plants too. We will definitely be using her again!
